Cancellations, grace periods and refunds. Last updated 27 June 2026.
In short. You can cancel anytime. Refunds depend on whether benefits have been used and how much of the term remains. Because Saath is services-only, there is never a cash payout — refunds relate to unused membership fees only.
If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not used any benefit (no counselling session attended, no case opened beyond intake), you are eligible for a full refund of the fee paid.
For annual or longer prepaid plans, if you cancel after the cooling-off period and have not used substantial benefits, we may offer a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the term, less any sessions or services already delivered and applicable transaction costs.
If counselling sessions have been delivered or a case has progressed into Stage 1 or Stage 2, the membership is considered active and used. Refunds in this case are at our discretion and generally limited to clearly unused, separable portions.
Recurring memberships renew automatically on your cadence. If a renewal payment fails, your membership enters a grace period and we attempt to collect again before the membership lapses. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your account or by contacting us.
Where a family member purchased the membership, refund requests are handled with the buyer, while the beneficiary's confidentiality is preserved — we do not disclose whether or how the beneficiary used services.
Email hello@mysaath.com or use the contact form with your registered details. We aim to process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
